Circle Tribe is an independent label built to support artists in creating music that rises, shines, and reaches its highest expression. We handle the full production, creative direction, and release process so artists can focus fully on their art. Master recordings created under Circle Tribe are treated as collaborative works, with royalties from the master split 50/50 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Songwriting, composition, and publishing rights always remain with their original creators, and in the case of cover songs, all original rights are fully respected and credited according to copyright law. Circle Tribe manages distribution and release administration for all projects we publish. Payments and deposits are generally non-refundable once production has begun, as creative time and studio resources are already committed to the work. However, we value fair and respectful collaboration and will always aim to resolve concerns professionally on a case-by-case basis. Everything is clearly defined in a simple contract, and before signing we can discuss, adjust, and align all terms so both sides feel good moving forward. If there is creative alignment, we work together fully and commit to bringing the best out of the music.
